we're on the same page... Frankly, I was chastizing some in the 'no big deal' corner early on. It is a big deal, and it has alas provoked some antipathy in Iraq, but IMHO the Bush administration has gone above and beyond to express the needed regret, condemn the acts, and act to correct it.
Therefore, the catcalls from Congress and the media have the ring of opportunism...
