I don't suppose that they have verifiable documentation of this decision that "was taken a few years ago?" It doesn't matter in the new Al Andelus, but it makes the cathedral officials sound like John Kerry.

I can't imagine a muslim going into a cathedral, so how could muslims be offended by something they are not going to see????
