spend some money and get a quiet PSU. It's worth it.

Don't know about Raidmax, I'm a fan of Antech TruePower supplies myself. First thing I did to my cases was strip out the oem supply and add an Antech, after I learned the hard way when one of them bit the dust after 1 year and took the motherboard out with it.

Read this. It is a buyer's guide for building your own system and the case recommendation is great. I just built most of this for my roommate, and the case was easy to work with, has lots of air flow and fans, and just looks nice (even has a mutlicolor LED fan on the side!).

I prefer Chen Ming Dragon server cases when I build a computer, there is more real estate inside, and you can find them sold under various names at good prices.

I've been a big fan of power supplies from PC Power and Cooling for quite some time.

Expensive, but VERY good. Terrific voltage regulation.

Antec, they make two lines of PS. One cheap, one more expensive, tru-power. Get the better one. Loose the PS, very likely damage something else which costs a lot more than a decent PS. Their cases are well made, have good features and tight tolerances.

I use their cases for all my custom builds.

http://www.newegg.com/app/ViewProduct.asp?catalog=58&DEPA=0&submit=property&mfrcode=0&propertycode=&propertycodevalue=3803

Check out buyers comments here for 400watt P/S supplies. I have the Allied 400watt and it works great..... is a NewEgg favorite. Is quiet but not super quiet like the $60 ones

Dealsonic is reputable. Have bought from them too.

Heavier power supplies are better. Means more heat sink in it so don't have to rely on noisy fans as much
