Herman Cain 'Rocks' at the Cobb County GOP Breakfast!

At the Cobb County GOP Breakfast this morning, in Johnny Isakson's home congressional district, Herman Cain rocked the crowd with the brief introduction time given to him along with all local GOP candidates.
My Name Is Cain! rang out across the room and from there, everyone was riveted to his one minute speech.
Rep. Isakson, an honorable man, was the guest speaker earlier, during the breakfast. He speaks as an insider, someone who's 'been around'. Much of what he believes and supports is standard fare for conservatives. Some isn't, including his belief in exceptions for abortions.
But Herman Cain filled the room with electricity, and after the breakfast was over, he had a waiting line of people to meet and speak with...unlike other candidates who were basically just milling around.
It was another exciting "intrusion" on the safe choice...Johnny Isakson...by Herman Cain, a true leader, a true conservative, an innovator, a commited Christian.
Go Herman Go!

Is Bush getting involved in this primary? Can't speak for the POTUS or Rove, but my guess is NO, becuase there is no incumbent senator running for re-election as in PA...which is typically the only time POTUS will get involved in a primary.
This is the seat currently held by the retiring Zell Miller (D).

Isakson is a do-nothing representative who "fell into" the 6th District seat when Newt Gingrich resigned. Now he feels that his "record" qualifies him to be a Senator!
To: Mamzelle
In Pennsylvania, apparently, Bush was worried without Specter he might lose the state. There's no chance of that in Georgia, so he should stay out of it.

Isakson's status as a major player early in the history of the Republican Party in Georgia makes him the golden boy. His record - which barely qualifies him as a conservative - is the biggest thing going against him. If Johnny was a true conservative we'd probably all be behind him and no one would have heard of Herman Cain.
Thank God Johnny's not a true conservative.

Why was Isakson a speaker and Cain had one minute? Has cain addressed this group before or have they extended an invitation for him to address them in the future?

I would be surprised if Bush picks a favorite here. All three are in his camp. What WILL make a difference is that the Club for Growth, an important player in Toomey's almost-victory in Pennsylvania, has endorsed Cain. Their effective independent televison ads should help ensure that Herman is in the top two, and that he goes on to the run-off.

Why was Isakson a speaker and Cain had one minute? The event was the regular monthly breakfast meeting for the Cobb County GOP...Isakson is our Congressman here in Cobb County, so he is part of the organization. It was clearly "Johnny Country"...but Herman raised Cain.

"Why was Isakson a speaker and Cain had one minute?" Herman Cain spoke at the Cobb County Republican Breakfast back in November. That was my introduction to him. I've been a believer ever since.
The experience and conservative records which both Johnny Isakson and Mac Collins claim are negatives in my book.
While they were gaining that experience and record they either voted wrong or were not able to bring together the coalition it takes to make change happen.
Since the mess got worse on their watch, I'm in favor of electing Herman Cain who, during that same period, was pulling two major national food chains "cans" out of the fire.
I like the problem solver!
"Them that's going . . . get on the wagon. Them that's not . . . get out of the way."

Is Bush getting involved? You mean like in the Toomey vs. Specter fiasco? I sure hope not. I want Herman Cain to win.
