Note that 25mm is just a hair shy of a full inch in diameter. It's hard to grasp the scale from the above photo, but those are *huge* rounds to be raining down at 30 rounds per second at a velocity of 3500 feet/sec... That's enough to ruin any terrorist's whole day.
The gun portion itself (i.e. barrels, etc.) is 83.2 inches long (almost seven feet), if that helps give a sense of the scale of this beast.
