Thats all I heard it was on the radio here in Michigan at 10 AM. Any Cali freepers know about this??

Just heard on the Bill Handel Show that there is a specific threat against malls in West LA... uncorroborated, unveried, un-whatever.
Extra police security is in place.
That's all I know

MSNBC was also covering this. It seems the threat was specific enough to warrant a warning but not to shut the place down.

I live a mile from from both malls and heard the news choopers all morning as they were getting their morning news shots... Time will tell but the helicopters are buzzing around and the police are around more than usual...

Ate at Junior's deli near the big mall on Westwood Blvd. the day before yesterday. Everything seemed normal in the area except one gray Volvo wagon parked at an odd angle with dry food and blankets strewn around inside.

Yeh. It's gonna fall off in the ocean anyway this Sunday. I saw the previews. When at 10.5 hits, they are goners.
