I'm getting very suspicious. I don't think we should hand over anything.

If they pull out of Fallujah and let those terrorists get away, we will pay for it all spring and summer with ambushes and roadside bombs and other attacks.

Not "insurgents". Not "resistance". Our brave fighting men were killed by Islamic terrorists.
My prayers go out for them.

Hand it over to them, if there is any trouble what so ever from the area, flatten it.

AMEN... I'm sick of these warmed over terms 'insurgents'. Either they're terrorists or they aren't. BTW, I'm happy the military is getting less squeamish about bombing these mosques. They're just glorified bunkers for these people.

Hours earlier in eastern Baghdad, a rocket-propelled grenade attack killed a U.S. soldier from the 1st Cavalry, according to the coalition. ..........
If nothing else, the Islamos have proven how useful car bombs, roadside bombs, suicide bombs, RPGs are against a real army that tries it's best to kill only combatants.

I saw that story too... I thought it was the same story but then found it wasn't. A depressing discovery.

This is the guerilla war we expected last year at this time.
I have such mixed feeling on the whole thing, the enemy is still at war with us, why are we playing nice?
To: cyborg
Dammit, dammit, dammit! It's way past time to search & destroy every Muslim terrorist they can find. No prisoners. Kill them all. Prayers for the dead, injured and their famililes.

You do realize that anyone can put a thread into breaking news by using the add topic button.
I put this thread in breaking, but not the Fallujah pull back thread that I just posted. Someone else did that.

Obviously some mosques are on the up and up. But way too many worldwide are bases of extremist Islam indoctrination. And armories for weapons. Sanctuaries to scheme and operate out of. Places to raise funds for the most virulent Islamikazis.
And all these Islamikazis are simply obeying the Koran's commands to emulate Mohamed's life.

Terrible news..prayers for their families. But this sounds like one of those inevitable screw-ups that occur in a war zone..someone got a little careless, or complacent..there's no excuse for a dozen or more troopers being so proximate to a vehicle that a whole squad can be taken out like that...procedures need to be tightened..

Yes because each incident encourages these terrorists... doesn't help that certain nations are starting to bail.

And, per FoxNews, the ALL troops are packing up to move out of Fallujah. If I heard them correctly, they said some elements of the Marines are pulling back. Not ALL troops.

The number of U.S. traffic deaths rose nearly 1 percent in 2003 and reached a 13-year high at 43,220, the government reported on Wednesday.
Where is the outrage?
