HA...my vote has never meant squat. In every election I've voted in either my candidate or the other have overwhelmingly won.

If Bush loses by one vote, then blame me. I'll bet you $1 million that won't happen.

As to "my vote" supporting "our military", that's hogwash. My vote does nothing unless you assume Kerry will have all of them killed and Bush is perfect. HA! Just look at the last two weeks BS in Fallujah..."talking" with idiots? Showing "constraint" and weakness to people that see that as a door to attack more?

Does Bush learn anything? Rumsfeld? I'm all for our efforts, but I'm tired of good Marines dying while politicians play their games.

Just watch, today's attacks will be stopped by Thursday as they go back to "talking".

Go ahead, flame me. I'm resolved this forum isn't about debate any longer.

Nonsense. Of course it is about debate. But to debate we need some intellegent points to be made not just "I'm mad at the world because I didn't get my way" rants.

This forum is full of tired, bleary-eyed dissappointed people. Such is the way of politics. I suggest you get some sleep and let the flame wars slide for the night.

What a Kerryesque thing to say.

There are an estimated 2000 terrorists in Fallujah. Presently, we're killing about 40 - 50 of them per night, which is a pretty effective wrapping up. Forget about the declared "cease fire" and look to the facts on the ground.

We don't try to wrap it up in a couple days because the terrorists are using those civilians left in Fallujah as human shields, so we use snipers and intelligence to try to tartet as precisely as possible. You can argue about the wisdom of that, but in any case, we are winning in a deliberate and systematic manner.

That is really a disgusting thing to say. Very DUish.

BTW, go and take a look at reply #727 and when are you basically going to call Barry Goldwater a scumbag for endorsing Jacob Jatvis back in 62.

Yeah, we'll have Al-Sadr surrounded in a mosque and then lose 50 guys taking it instead of just blowing the house of Satan sky high. I hate this obsession with Muslim opinion. I didn't sign up for "Arab Democracy" which is impossible anyway. I signed up for taking out Saddam, removing the WMDs from Iraq and Syria, banning an Islamic state in Iraq and getting the oil flowing again--with first revenues to pay back every penny we spent. Then on to the next terrorist vassal state. I don't give a damn about the demented "Iraqi Democracy" delusions of Wolfowitz. Just kill Al-Sadr and every other Iranian agent, get the oil flowing--OUTSIDE of OPEC--and get our boys out.
