proven NO.
with OUR kids, lets err on the side of caution and assume we DO need it. Bomb them into submission and THEN do the house to house rubble pile searches with body sniffing dogs...
frankly, I don't care for their alleged innocents.
they could have left weeks ago.
they should have.
