The two boys later told principal Kenneth Daniels that they threw the girl out the window because they did not want to be written up for disobeying a teacher. Hahaha...sure, sure.

I agree.
My question to you: What will the photograph show? In your opinion, of course.
Taking the photo was an unusual move by the teacher, I'm sure you'll agree. Plus, quite a reaction to that photo by the student, enough to have her (literally) thrown out.

OMG....the school board should press charges!!!

When I was substitute teaching years ago, an irate student picked up a desk and tossed it out a second-floor window. Good for you, in so many schools, the office would not call police on the advice of a teacher, much less a substitute. Where I used to teach, some seniors celebrated graduation early by throwing a couch out a third story window. The english teacher never noticed. Different outcome.

"the boys and the teacher should do some serious jail time for it."
Yes let's have 14yr olds "do some serious jail time" for stuff a girl through a basement window. Did you write Saddam's policy on dealing with children?

Well, I guess it's going to show her ugly ... as the teacher said.
I sincerely doubt whether the school board is going to pursue this with this girl. They probably have more sense.
Anyway, I just tuned on my local news and the crawl across the screen said some kid urinated in his teacher's water bottle.
Everyone needs a vacation from one another.

Falling versus being thrown out like I was is very different.

"Teachers such as the one you describe should be fired and permanently barred from the classroom."
When I was in High School, we had a guidance counselor who was arrested for soliciting sex from female students. They even had evidence. Still, the perp got away with it. What can you say?

OK, maybe the 14 year old boys shouldn't do adult time. Still, the crime, and it was a crime, should be punished.

Is that a close relative to manipsanated?I don't know that one, but I hope it's not as painful as defenestration.

Every time I get too stressed out about homeschooling and someone tells me I should just send my kids to school I wind up seeing a story like this.

It's Tawana Brawley's attempt to say manipulated.
