Wouldn't be surprised if it has. Anybody know for sure and have a copy of the original PDF?

I have been too busy to save these onto my hard drive. I hope they don't disappear before tomorrow.

The one for the first purple heart (Jan 69) is missing from his website. How do you get a wound every month for the first three months out of the four he served? He got the first one only 24 hours after arriving in Vietnam. He is either very prone to accidents, clumsy, foolish, or fill in the blank.
