These 'Meetups' are a great way to connect with people who share your conservative values. I am involved with two locally....one Pro-Bush & one Conservative.
Make sure you get a venue that is compatible with discussions.
We were meeting in a local Pub that had a trivia contest every time we met....very annoying with he loudspeakers blasting....so we changed to a quieter restaurant location.
Check out several towns near your home and you may find that there are already groups meeting.
