I'm not sure if any of these are available online. I discovered them when I did a search in the OCLC First Search/World Catalog database through my state library that I have online access to.

Looks like this book is used a lot by the courts.

Destruction of Evidence has been cited by the numerous federal courts including the United States Courts of Appeal for the Second Circuit, Third Circuit, Fifth Circuit, Eighth Circuit, and District of Columbia Circuit, and by the United States District Courts for the Eastern District of Arkansas, the District of Colorado, the District of the District of Columbia, the District of Maryland, the District of Massachusetts, the District of Minnesota, the District of New Jersey, the Eastern District of New York, the Northern District of Oklahoma, and Eastern District of Pennsylvania as well as several state courts including the Supreme Courts of Alaska, Missouri, New Hampshire, and Texas and the Florida District Court of Appeal, the Maryland Court of Special Appeals, and the Pennsylvania Superior Court.  The companion article, Truth and Uncertainty: Legal Control of the Destruction of Evidence has been cited by United States Court of Appeal for the Seventh Circuit, the Eastern District of Pennsylvania, and the Supreme Courts of Alaska, New Jersey, and New Mexico, as well as the California Court of Appeal, Louisiana Court of Appeal, and the New Jersey Superior Court.

IMO, if conservatives don't throw an absolute fit and raise hell to get that b**ch off of the 9/11 commission, the dems win in a BIG way.

I feel your pain, but I can't help thinking that Gorelick hanging on may be a good thing. Let's face it, the 9/11 Commission was a clown college from the start. While she stays, Gorelick is a serious blow to their - for lack of a better word - 'Credibility'.

I could not find the ABA "booklet" on conflict of interest on the ABA's website. I was able to find the destruction book on the publishes website. You can find it and a description at: http://www.aspenpublishers.com/Product.asp?catalog%5Fname=Aspen&category%5Fname=&product%5Fid=0735545499&Mode=SEARCH&ProductType=M

My apologies for not being HTML literate.

[Ms. Gorelick is] one of the most bipartisan members

He meant to say, "Ms. Gorelick is the second most bipartisan member we have." (Everybody else, including Esquire Richard Bent-Viniste, is tied for first.)
