By "our boy" do you mean "The President of the United States of America"?

President Bush did an outstanding job tonight. He was on top. Good quick answers....Ferry could not have come close to what President Bush did tonight.

When the first reporter asked if the President felt responsible for 9-11 I almost kicked my TV in!
It took the President several follow up questions to answer correctly, which was Osama Bin Laden was responsible for the 9-11.
Personally, I did not think he did that well! His opening statement was on target, he seemed to be hesitant on some of the questions.

What is this obsession with libs about apologizing for things? Exactly. Half the press conference was on this silliness. Grown ups don't wring their hands about these things and neither will the swing voters.

Not sure about the first half as I missed it but he seamed to handle the Q&A fine. Including those that were trolling for some kind of apology.

"Callers on c-span are blaming President for Cole and embassy bombings. Demanding to know why he wsn't angry after the bombings. Unbelievable."
President Bush?... unbelievable is right...
Bush's reelection team should cut some snippets for campaign ads.

did our boy seem a little unfocused? Nope.
Kerry staffers - sorry, journalists actually asked Dubya if he felt responsible for 9/11. He dithered a little, as anyone would under an onslaught like that, but he pulled through. Very focused.

If Bush apologized the media and left would take it as an admission of guilt and force him to resign and probably face charges from the international courts.
