I have not forgotten. I think when people see them both, Bush will whip kerry up.

However, Bush needs to right now really, REALLY eat up his base and take some undecides.

Tonight, he only got his base.

Tonight, he only got his base.

First of all, the President's base is important. Secondly, it's April, the undecided are not making a decision tonight and if they were, compare the President to his opponent's constant, cynical doom and gloom approach.

He don't need Kerry's base, which is comprised of a bunch of fringe, whacko kook jobs.

I disagree.

If anyone who is undecided (and objective) watched him, and have seen anything of Kerry lately, they'd pick the President hands down.

Trustworthiness in time of war is critical. That's what's going to win over the swing voters, IMO.

I think a lot of the undecideds could join the pro-Bush side by paying attention to the dumb things that the democrats do this year, more than what the administration does or doesn't do.

I must have watched a different press conference. I thought President Bush did fine. I thought the press behaved like jackels and were quite disrespectful-idiots He did look tired. That is not surprising. Well, I wouldn't want to see a happy, happy President when American lives are being lost...even in a just and necessary war. President Bush spoke simply and answered the questions honestly-he spoke to the American people, and I for one felt quite reassured that we are doing the right thing after hearing him speak.
