My theory has always been a federal system, with three areas...Kurd, Sunni, and Shia. Each would been semi-autonomous, but major things like military and foreign policy shared by all.

Am disappointed that instead of a pre-speech panel, we're subjected to Bill O'Blowhard, but of course his ego wouldn't allow preemption by lesser mortals. In fact I'm amazed that he's even letting the President's speech shorten his show. Now he's juxtapositioning himself as President Bush, having the guests ask him questions like it was his speech, and then showing how he'd respond. Pompous gall to the Nth degree.

Why in the back of my mind am I wondering if O'Reilly might be putting out feelers to the Kerry camp about being the VP candidate? Hey, if they would consider Brokaw, and knowing Bill's ego...
