Dear heart, before YOU write such codswallop to me, you really should know to whom you are replying. LOL

You need to follow your own admonition and GROW UP , before you make said reccomendation to others.

Corrective criticism, made on this forum,"for" the president, especially when it is invalid,false,and worthless,is a waste of bandwidth.

I'm 100% born and raised in Texas also.

I happen to think we have a very charming accent and I love hearing the President speak.

During one of the Christmas specials, you could hear the President's voice singing along. He sings in a great Texas accent!

wow, that just freaked me out as I scrolled down to it...I sure hope you are wrong, John Lenin - my point was that we need to remind the population that all other issues beyond security are secondary - jobs, health care - try and find your office or your HMO after the next attack...but your statement was chilling...what do you mean, "if America goes soft you will be surprised"...? Goes soft now?

I don't suppose it occured to you that the problem might have been questions that were either unfocused or unrelated to the issues but pointedly personal and partisan ? Such as, are you ever going to admit you made a mistake ? There is a good answer to that question but I'm certain I'd be banned for saying it.

Please cite specifically where in the speech or the Q&A he was 'drifting'.......other than in response to the 'biggest mistake' question, which he didn't, nor should have answered.

He was speaking for over an hour, and I was paying quite close attention and only saw him 'drift' once..........and that was in response to a really stupid question which had no answer.
