And Ceci Connolly on fox said he should hold more press conferences to show what a strong leader he is and not phoney. They finally watched the same press conference we did!

OT but the Bruins tied the Canadians with 25 seconds to go in Montreal.
Take that for booing our National Anthem!

I'm just jealous cause I don't have THAT much hair!

The very pretty, not beautiful, Norah wants the PDB author to be interviewed by the press and the evil White House will not allow it.

Just wanted to interject my two cents here. Iam firmly convinced and have been for a good long time that most of these journalists are American Terrorists, who do they think they are? we are watching the most vile display of disrespect and malignant hatred and i for one will never forget this horrid spectacle.

Did I just hear CiCi call Bush a leader?
To: steveegg
The media will get their chance to bash Bush when he goes in front of the 9/11 Commission, spinning his testimony to make Bush appear weak and ineffectual.

That was the strongest, most forceful, ... The Amen is echoed here -- I especially like the answer 'I don't plan to lose my job -- I'm going to explain to America that I'm the one to fight terrorism effectively (paraphrased).'

Bush is asked why he failed. Bush did not give a justifiable position.
He didn't fail ! PERIOD he worked on everything he was given there was and is no need for any apologies or supplications
Nor would i expect an apology

We need to do a SlapHillary.com thingie for the press corps..lol
I thought it was Dubya's best since the 9-11 "we're coming for yer arse" speech.
He made his case that he wishes to reverse our tendency to fail politically at home during wartime as in Vietnam and a few times since. Bravo!
These moon rock terrs are not Commies who will simply collectivize and kill the hell out of everybody but leave us alone if we grab our toys and go home. These arsewipes will do all that and keep on coming. We have two choices: Kill them and break their will or perish. How anyone sees any choice besides that at this moment escapes me.
Bravo W!!!!!!!!!!!!!
His CREEP (or whatever it's called) will hear from me tommorow....I feel more motivated than I have in awhile.

Male cspan caller said Bush should step up to the plate and be more forthcoming. (He must have wax in his ears.)
To: mylife
I'm sick of the little upstarts myself. Trying
to make President Bush APOLOGIZE for 9/11 is like
trying to force President Roosevelt to APOLOGIZE
for the Japanese attack on Pearl Harbor! - Watching
Clarke APOLOGIZE for 9/11 to the families of the
casualties of 9/11 was like watching Clinton (of
the Shifty Eye Sincerity Club) telling some big
tall tale or the other!

I respectfully disagree. He showed humility and conviction. Overreliance on catch phrases to me means he is making a point. People will get it.
To: 3catsanadog
Susan Estrich must have a few burnt out synapses! I like her, but her statement that there is no connection between Sadam and terrorism and 9/11 is inane.
To: yield 2 the right
Michael Savage is saying Bush did badly tonight, some callers agree.Savage is a pompous ass. He was calling for impeaching President Bush a couple of months ago...

Atta never would have come here had it not been for your kind pacifistic isolationism that created Al-Qaida. Your repeated use of the phrase "NEO-CON" betrays your real intent, and your kooky ideas. Whine all you want, the President is doing what needs to be done.
