Rep. Maxine Waters (D-CA) and Charles Rangel (D-NY) have taken the lead in calling for a congressional investigation into the circumstances of Aristide's departure.

I believe investigating the transition of power in the governments of foreign nations is well beyond the powers of Congress.

The outraged posturing of the CBC would seem to suggest that there may have been money flowing to the CBC from Aristide. Their loyalty can not be explained any other way,

The behavior of the Congressional Black Caucus is perfectly appropriate for the circumstances!

The members of the fully segregated, step-n-fetchit, colored only CBC are race pimps who use their negritude to extort value for themselves, their friends and relatives from liberals and, especially, other blacks.

Waters and Rangle and the others HAVE to make an issue over a black drug lord like Aristide to divert attention from the fact that they said nothing during the African holocaust where almost a million Africans were murdered in less than 100 days.

These house African-Americans were so busy lying to protect the liar, Willie, that they stood mute while shreiking that Willie's crimes did not rise to the level... Now, they have to prove to their black constituents that they should continue to et the blind, absolute obediance that they have received in the past.

The members of the CBC are the black overseers that used to run the work for whitey. If you didn't take care of the overseer, you got sold down the river and the massa never knew the difference. Heck, Grand Kleagle Byrd still works this way.
