Kerry's a Medal of Honor winner. He deserves respect. I'll tolerate crap from him that I would never tolerate from BV or Gorelick.

Yeah, maybe if Kerry had just made a slip of the tongue, or one or two disjointed statements.

But he was totally looney, demanding that President Bush was a failure because they "failed to enact" some vague memo that Dick Clarke gave Rice on Jan. 26, 2001.

That's what makes Kerry all the more reprehensible. The fact that someone who should know what goes into our country's defense both in the trenches and at the highest level would make such irresponsible statements accusing President Bush and Condi Rice of failure ..... grrrr.

Sorry, I don't feel that just because someone won a medal and lost a leg that they should be exempt from distain, which is what I have for Kerry right about now.

He was simply playing to the partisan room, which makes him all that much more ugly in my eyes considering the seriousness of the war on terror.
