I had to step away and freshen my coffee and return to hear Roemer's voice before I even saw his desperate face.
Outrageous set-up question about how they failed and someone should be fired.
Rice addresses him as "Mr. Roemer" and he interrupts as is the dem wont.
He says she had an opportunity with Mr. Clarke, who was a bulldozer.
