Thanks for those links!

Gorelick points to Rice saying the goal was the elimination of Al Qaeda
Then Gorelick thanks her for declassifying the document, though she'd like to have seen it earlier (I'll bet she did)
Gorelick sites semantic differences that can be interpreted as not as strong as Rice represented.

the Islamic-crashed airplanes in the 90'sPardon my ignorance but, what planes were those? The commercial airliner that the Egyptian crewmember nose-dived into the Atlantic? Which other(s)?

Even if you lose 5-10% of us who are insulted by your constant obsession with someone's skin color? I want a color-blind society, too, but I have to ask: Are you nuts? That's the whole point! Dems are the ones obsessed with skin color, but they keep non-whites down. See anybody but white folks in the Dem leadership? Take a look at the Blacks in Congress--The Congressional Black Caucus is a freakin' insane asylum. The democrats have been trying to hang the racist label on conservatives for decades, and now we have a President who has a 50% Black national security team. Dems don't trust people if they have brown skin, Republicans trust people based on character, not skin color. That is an issue, and anybody who's offended by us pointing out that the "party of the working man" is actually "the party of the limousine riding white man" needs to get a grip.

I got to the show late. Are the Dems asking her the same stupid question like they usually do? Especially after she gave a good answer to it the first time.

The Rats and ABDNC go about lynching another Black to show they are not racists???I hadn't thought of that, but I think you're right. There is an ugly Clarence Thomas hearing undertone to this.
To: Pravious
gorelick is fascinating. not.
To: Pravious
Splitting hairs between eliminating AQ threat and AQ, she is obnoxious.
To: The Louiswu
Obviously Gorelick wonders what the meaning of "is" is. Grrrr.

To: Howlin
You are correct. Dick Clarke has gotten himself scheduled on every show possible to refute Condi later. No matter, she killed him, and all their efforts today.
Champagne corks popping all over Washington DC today.

Agreed. I mean you ans a former MI guy know how much comes in wher Intel is concerned and how hard is is to get all of is condensed down into a daily INTSUM. Now imagine trying to do that at Dr. Rice's level.
I doubt Gorelick has even ready all the papers. She probably only discoverd some of this stuff when PRESIDENT BUSH allowed them acces to the Clintoon papers.
