I agree and he was when he was in the Senate. The ONLY thing I can half-way say about him is that he was one of the few RATS that support the military. He lost part of a leg in the Navy in Vietnam. The only other military "friendly" RAT I ever knew of prior to Zell Miller was Sam Nunn. And both are from Georgia. Go figure!
