Do you mean "casualties," (which includes dead and wounded) or do you mean "dead?"

The way I understood it .. casulaties ment dead .. because Bret said a number of wounded and a number of casulaties

At first report Bret stated that casulties did not mean dead. But then reported that there were US casulties and dead.

Yes he did say that .. but he also said casulites and dead

The wording may be off .. but that is what I heard
