It's like the old joke about the old bull and the young bull standing on a hill looking at the herd.

Young Bull - "Hey let's run down there and hook up with a cow!"

Old Bull - Why not WALK down and get them all?"

Why hurry through these towns and shoot a few bad guys when we can systematically and methodically go through and get them all?
