How can we get rid of relatively small items like kalashnikovs when we cannot get rid of RPGs, other heavier ordnance?

I don't believe we have done a sector by sector disarmament of many areas in Iraq unfortunately. I believe that is a large part of the problem. And yes you are correct. These RPGs must be removed.
