End of story. this is crapola. Sorry, but as I suggested to Non-Sequitur, [s]uggesting that the court has the final say simply because the court says it has the final say is neither reasonable nor authoritative. In other words, it is your circular argument that qualifies as crapola.

Exactly. And, the founding fathers were very much alive at the time of this decision. If they felt as the author argues, why didn't they do something about it.
