catholic hospitals are not the issue. CVS isn't a religious organization...again, if birth control pills go against what he believes is moral he should quit.
as far as sexual relations are concerned, i'm always baffled by people who are so quick to condemn women but have the "boys will be boys" attitude. it seems very talibanesque. women are the ones who must deal with unwanted an pregnancy.

The person simply refused to dispense a drug based on THEIR religious beliefs. Whether the drug is a birth control pill or RU-486 makes no difference.
Believe it or not, you do NOT have the right to demand that a person sell you anything. You have the right to boycott CVS and to go someplace else where they also have the right to not sell you what you want.
