I don't believe this is a real attempt at establishing a liberal talk network. I think its a 7 month infomercial, camoflaged as a "counter to rightwing talk radio".

I also strongly suspect it will be off the air within thirty days of Kerry being defeated.

The latest Nielson's seem to support my theory. CNN ratings are down, as are MSNBC's (remember, MSNBC actually was considering bankruptcy in the wake of its attempt at being the exclusive liberal cable news outlet).

Many people have stated "liberals don't understand what it takes to be sucessful in talk radio". I disagree, no matter how much you hate the liberal point of view, they are not completely stupid (I know some will violent dispute that notion....LOL). But the fact is, numbers have been crunched, polls have been conducted, sales have been projected. And in spite of all the negative numbers this produced, we are stilling getting "liberal talk radio".

Kinda reminds me of a few years ago, when the "Drudge Retort" website went up. Anybody visited that website lately?

Me neither....

Beyond that they mask themselves by saying they're progressive radio. It is a 7 month infomercial for the leftists in this country. I agree, they won't last long after the November election, because after the election, most voters quit paying attention again. They sound like they are in total denial, unwilling to let go of the Floria idiocy, and anything else the rest of the country has moved on from.
