When you think about it, it totally makes sense : Air America the liberal radio network, will not be broadcasting in the DC metro area.. DC went 70 percent for Gore! They don't need convincing.

We suspect that Air America will blow. Then again, it could suck.

Or perhaps it will achieve some mysterious simultaneous combination of the two. And while we are normally unopposed to mocking things that we have no direct knowledge of, this material seems rich.

For those of you who reside in one of the five areas covered by the Air America 'empire,' please send along your thoughts and comments.

I tried to get through, but the show is heavily screened. They seem to only put on callers who believe that George Bush is the anti-christ! I waited on the phone until the Chuck D interview (they said that i'd be talking to Kerrey, but when I told them I was going to talk about the Gore commission on aviation security I bet they decided I would never get on the air). Franken sucks and his twit cohost is just dreadful. This will be the last time I listen to his insipid show.

My cable modem went off so I turned it on Rush and have not tuned back into 1190. It was getting intolerable. Franken is horrible and has no skills. Same with his co-host. I bet Chuck D will have more personality than that bettle brained twerp. Even for Chuck D I will not listen. I think there are going to be a lot of people like us. Watch and see. There will be a spike in 1190s ratings for one day then watch the dive bomb.

I really wish I had rich friends. I wish I could start a conservative all news network that doesn't pull any punches. We need an in your face, pull no punches network. Fox is in retreat.

Hannity and Limbaugh are great, but they can't do it all.
The partisan liberal media is on a roll and we need to find a way to combat them. Franken is useless and superfluous, the Left has ABC, NBC, CBS, CNN, MSNBC, REuters, The Beeb, WAPO, NYT, Soros, Moveon.org and Hollywood and still they bitch.

Unfortunately for O'Franken, I don't believe he will be allowed that luxury.

If this was a local show in Portland, OR., it would work.

A national show doth not this show make.
