What makes you think that? Since you don't fly your state flag I'll have to assume by the above statement you aren't from Texas. Texas juries aren't that likely to overlook killing unless it's a case of 'he needed it' type thing. I can't speak for the what the jury will find but my guess is this Smith County jury won't find her innocent. My guess is there won't be much arguement that she did the deed. Now what they find regarding 'insanity' is another question.

no i'm not from texas .. in fact nj one of the most leftest states ever in my opinion..i really hope they find her guilty. I just don't understand how a parent can kill her kids. another reason why i said that statement a few yrs ago a mother lit her kids on fire and for some reason they let her out early.
