they should kill her by throwing stones at her head those poor children and what sucks is they will find her innocent and let her out.

Not in Tyler, I don't think. We're the guys who sent the 17 year old to death row for murdering a couple and stealing their car. Not an option in this instance, but I don't think she'll walk.

What makes you think that? Since you don't fly your state flag I'll have to assume by the above statement you aren't from Texas. Texas juries aren't that likely to overlook killing unless it's a case of 'he needed it' type thing. I can't speak for the what the jury will find but my guess is this Smith County jury won't find her innocent. My guess is there won't be much arguement that she did the deed. Now what they find regarding 'insanity' is another question.

Doubtful. Smith County juries are tough. From April, 2000:

"Last week, a Smith County jury recommended that Kenneth Payne, 29, spend 16 years in jail. Payne's crime? Stealing a Snickers bar from a Tyler, Texas grocery store on December 17, 1999. When Smith county Assistant District Attorney Jodi Brown was asked by the Associated Press how she could justify 16 years for the theft of a Snickers bar, Brown replied "It was a king size."

There's more to the story, that the guy was a scumbag and it was a handy way to get him off the streets but I've always enjoyed the "It was a king size" quip, reminded me of the old days when the first thing the sherrif would ask about someone who had been whacked: "Did he need killin'?"
