From what we know the Schindler's are not allowed to visit privately, only Michael is allowed to visit behind closed doors and without anyone present and this has been his pattern before. oOne of the nurses who testified in easrlier court cases said she believed he had injected Terri before, but Judge Greer didn't care.

The story doesn't say either way.
