Are there blood tests that are not be being done because of the court battle? Maybe, the father did it to get a sample of blood/tissue to a specialist?The father said he didn't do anything to Terri. I think her mother was also present during this visit. If either one of them tried to take Terri's blood, they could be charged with practicing medicine without a license, unless one or the other is an MD, RN or other licensed professional.

I don't think they would be charged for practicing medicine without a license because there was no medication found in her blood stream. It is possible that someone drew blood from her, a person only has to be certified in phlebotomy to draw blood and that is like a 40 hour course. It is my understanding that if they discover who caused the puncture marks, that person would be charged with felony assault.
