Don't you think they would have known that tests were ordered and done?I had a friend damn near die of anemia because the hospital (a) didn't record the 35 blood samples they took and (b) didn't notice all the hypodermic sticks.
I had another friend who damn near died because the hospital didn't do the blood tests he needed.
"Organization" and "hospital" often cannot be said in the same breath.
