The only way to confront these enemies of truth is with a mountain of evidence. One or two or even three pieces is never enough.
With Clarke, the refutation is there---BIG TIME.

Gosh, Jewel, they are asking Clarke what he would do about every single problem in the world.
If ONLY he ruled the world!
I am SICK.

To hear Clarke tell it, he was leaving our country's safety to the chance of the Joint Inquiry asking exactly the right questions!

I KNEW he was going to say he said what he was TOLD to say concerning the press briefing. I wish Thompson would have asked him, "Who told you to say these things?"
To: BigSkyFreeper
As Rush said, this isn't the 9/11 investigation committee, this is the "get Bush out of office" committee. He's right

Yeah right..he says he was so concerned and could have stopped everything but doesnt testify fully?? What a lying sack.
To: Howlin
I'm saying it comes across as party line.

Clarke's 15 min. of fame have just about expired.

If Republican plants/families were clapping every time a Black woman's name was mentioned, we'd be called racists.
I do believe it's time to play the "victim" card and mention frequently how racist those family members are.

I believe CLARK will be ON EVERY news show that exists for the next month and that his book will eclipse any out there now. He will be the DARLING of the leftist MEDIA and quoted often throughout the election season. IMHO this can ONLY HURT Bush.
Remember this guy had a second tier position and he will be treated on par with the SECDEF and SOS.

"And the brainwashed families clap again about bashing Rice."
I may be wrong, but I heard them clapping after Roemer said he had some tough questions for Clarke...not over the Rice comment.
To: mass55th
The news updated didn't say, but I was stunned he would appear here finally in the flesh for all to see.
Probably plans to try and confuse us with dates.
To: mass55th
Was Bush 1 in the legislature at the time of the first meeting? Kerry better watch out, bad things happen to people who attempt to assassinate GWB's father.
To: Howlin
This man's ego must have a hard time fitting through a double door!!!!!!
To: rwfromkansas
The Clintonistas and Clarke (now) say there was a plan. The Bushies and Clarke (2002) say there wasn't.
