Thank you so much for the prayers and kind words. They do bring comfort. I don't understand why I'm so much more concerned now than before. Part of it may be the jerks in the prison photos have me po'd for fear terrorists will use them as an excuse to get even more violent, not that they need an excuse.

You are welcome for the prayers. Many of us here understand perfectly the ebb and flow of concern we have during our vigil for our loved ones in harm's way. The momentum of revenge and retaliation we have witnessed in the middle eastern cultures do cause us to hope that the recent news coverage of the prisoner mistreatment scandals will not affect the situation too greatly. I think we are at a juncture where we must truly do a lot of petitioning of the God-head and then trusting and surrendering to Him once we have done so.
