What did they say?

I like the way Rush has lately been calling the mainstream media the "partisan media". Says it all.

Sometimes I wish that idiot Bill Kristol would STFU, we don't need to explain anything to the Europeans, it's been said a thousand times already. When will that lame moron Kristol get it through his head that you can't make people listen to something they rufuse to hear

Kerry played Humpty Dumpty yesterday!!! Poor baby, cursing out the secret service is NOT A GOOD THING!!!What?!
I read a couple freeper references to him getting plowed into on the ski slopes. Don't tell me it was some poor Secret Service guy who accidentally ran into him and incurred his wrath.
Is there a link you could direct me to? That is too much!

I thought it was one of President Bush's best speeches to date.
FOX had Bill Kristol and Mark Ginsberg both on after the speech. They were so negative about the fact that Bush did not say enough. They had no positvie comments at all. I thought that Gingrich was going to get a chance to comment. WHy does FOX always have Kristol who is such a McCainiac that he will never get over the fact that Bush is in the White HOuse and NOT McCain. Kristol was one of the biggest Hawks in this war, and since the beginning he can never be positive.
President Bush was eloquent in his delivery. The first question that Brian Williams asked Biden was, "What did you NOT HEAR IN THE PRESIDENTS SPEECH THAT YOU NEEDED TO HEAR?" I immediately switched to FOX and what a waste of time that was.
God help our great President.

Keep in mind that this same holier than thou, know it all Bill Kristol is a McCain supporter.
I agree with you, he make me as sick as JFKerry.

It's quarter to six--we are six hours ahead of EST! Time for dinner!
Fox goes off of the air here at five pm, so I am always anxious for the big news to hit before my cut off date (I then must choose between the horrors of CNN, and even worse!, The Beeb! I missed the whole first two months of the war last year becuase I didn't have FOX, and couldn't bear to listen to either of the crap stations for more than five minutes at a time! (My internet wasn't connected, so I really was living in a vacuum!)

Bill Kristol whines so much I think he's chronically depressed.

I was wondering where our transcript person was!!
Thanks RC!
To: Kieri
Exactly. Dean & Kerry & the RATS, the very people who purport to peddle human rights worldwide, somehow prefer to keep the people of Iraq enslaved under Saddam.
When Bush/GOP apparatus makes the case this fall regarding freedoms heretofore unknown for women in Iraq and Afghanistan, and contrasts that with the preferred tyranny advocated by Kerry, we will witness a political hanging.
Just desserts for these clymers.

I well remember the stunning disconnect between what I heard and saw of Reagan and the media's interpretations and pronouncements about him.
I remember the exact moment. I was listening to Reagan speak before a European audience in Strasbourg France. Good speech I thought, as I cared for my babies. That night on ABC news Sam Donaldson was reporting on the speech - I remember turning to my husband and saying, that's not right, I heard the speech. My husband said "Oh, Sam is an $$@%$$*(#&". LOL I hadn't paid close attention up til then. But I have ever since.
Is there someplace here where a parent could post a problem for others to read and give advice, or should I post a vanity, hoping it doesn't get banished into the "Chat" zone?

Jennings" I'm curious about the timing of this." Ah, the head of the Partisan Media spews the DNC talking point of the day.

As long as it's well written it might survive for a little while in the main forum. You might want to try the religous forum too, lots of good advice there.

I was lucky to see him and hear his speech live on TV. He was strong, solid and gave us confidence as usual with both his manner and words. What a world leader he is! I'm grateful to have him as a president during this troubled time.
