I am one of those who constantly label people who "attempt suicide" as total frauds - people who are just pathetically looking for attention and choose a thoroughly annoying way to get it. "It's not that freaking hard to kill yourself," I always say.
From my point of view, this guy could be a text book example on how not to be a pussy and do the job right.
Although, he could have lit the car on fire first.
I scooped the American Patrol website. I broke the story here at 1:40 pm.
It will come out in time.

There are a couple of pretty good ol' boys in the newspaper racket in Arizona, some still with bitter memories about the murder/car bombing of reporter Don Bolles in Phoenix, and willing to blow the whistle on dirty feds as well. But it sure is odd that something like this would come up just as the possibility of John McCain running as Kerry's VP surfaced.
Imagine that. How surprising! < /sarcasm>
