It says they WILL.

You should have been there to correct the early opponents of anesthesia on their Biblical interpretation. It's too late now.

Interpretation of infallible documents is always better with hindsight.

I'd rather think we'd see it in a cow or horse or mastodon or peppered moth easier....

THESE are the BIGGIES that museums like to display

If a scientific quest to understand underlying mechanisms turns up proof of a supernatural origin, my personal beliefs would be rather inconsequential in the scheme of things. Of course I wouldn't "automatically dismiss it." The world would turn upside down, which I'd be quite interested in seeing. Until then, I'll stick to what I currently regard as reality.

>What is a personality if it is devoid of both intelligence and design?
>Sorry, I don't understand the question.

Let me put it another way. Can a personality exist without the attributes of intelligence or design? Likewise, can a personality exist without physical embodiment?

Is that kin to the lizard with feathers that you E's bandy about?

If you had been reading, you would know this isn't the first time. I try to discuss how the world is and how it works, not now existence came to be.

I am disturbed when those who are certain they know all there is to know about creation, also think they know how everything works.

Please describe this 'middle' ground between GOD and Chance.

It's called Poker. Or, if you know what you're doing, blackjack as well.

God did it. Don't ask how it works.

Is that the attitude you would ascribe to the individuals listed at #104?

No. One was real, one was a construct of my creationist-mode imagination. I'll leave it up to you to decide which is which.

That roll out pre-programed, ready to go!

Very neat trick!

What is your standard for complexity? I would say there are numerous possible standards, but chromosome count is easy to visualize.

I believe Downs syndrom is the result of an extra chromosome. It may be arguable that it is more complex but the result is clearly less survivable. So again we have that semantic problem of better vs more complex vs more survivable. 2 are subjective and the third, complex, is too simplistic. But we can jump to the chase and say that protozoa are "more evolved" than bacteria, insects and plants are more so, reptiles and fish more yet, mammals and birds. Or maybe we are stuck with a set of creatures which are just different. I tend to think that a mammal is more comlex, and "better" within the confines of the concept of evolution. As a creationist I tend to thing that each is designed for a purpose and is as it is suppose to be with no developmental advantage over the other so it is a stretch for me go to back to my pre Christian way of thinking.

Museums like to display things that are available and make good, easy visuals. These are not necessarily things that best demonstrate principles.

When you question the story of the moths or horses, you must be willing to learn biology. Not everything is easy or visual.
