The Clash must have been completely left-wing, right? (I assume this from their album title Sandanista!). The Dead Kennedys for sure. Jello Biafra endorses Communism if I am not mistaken.

The Clash must have been completely left-wing, right? (I assume this from their album title Sandanista!).Not so much doctrinaire left-wing as very anti-authoritarian and anti-imperialist. From the same song (Washington Bullets) that the album title came from: "If you find an Afghan rebel that the Moscow bullets missed, ask him what he thinks of voting communist. Ask the Dalai Lama in the hills of Tibet, how many monks did the Chinese get?"
I can vouch for Johnny's movie-watching habit. I used to see him regularly in the DVD rental place I frequented.

Yeah, The Clash were left wing socialists. Jello is a nut job.
I think Henry Rollins from Black Flag might be a conservative.
There are a lot of conservative musicians out there. Just had a great idea though.
The Bush/Cheney team should do a commercial with people like Johnny Ramone and other rockers that are conservative and put it on MTV and VH1 and other channels.

Yeah, Jello Biafra was a commie until the rest of the band sued him for a bigger chunk of the royalties.
