You can't see how implying that Muslims smell bad is crossing the line? It's an insult, not a legitimate argument.

They would probably smell okay if they had the same hygiene standards as we do --- but they just don't. Anyone who doesn't bathe as often as we do --- whether their religion or culture or lack of water dictates to them how often to bathe just isn't going to be fun to be around. Some of our own ancestors 100 years ago didn't smell real nice either I'm sure.
