Arabs don't eat curry, Indians do constantly (And they're overwhelmingly Hindu, not Muslim.)

That is flat wrong. We used to sell curry and the ingredients to many Arabs, along with East Indians and Pakistanis. I also watched them purchase it from the importers, right alongside me. It is just a matter of personal taste with them, as with us. Arabs have developed their own varieties of curry and have been using it for thousands of years.
