Arabs don't eat curry, Indians do constantlyThat is flat wrong. We used to sell curry and the ingredients to many Arabs, along with East Indians and Pakistanis. I also watched them purchase it from the importers, right alongside me. It is just a matter of personal taste with them, as with us. Arabs have developed their own varieties of curry and have been using it for thousands of years.

This is true. You can get very nice curries at Pakistani and Afghani restaurants - they are on the Silk Road, every country on the Silk Road has been influenced by every other country on the Silk Road.
In contrast, Lebanese, Turkish and Greek restaurants, which have very similar food, but are not actually on the Silk Road, don't have curries, is my understanding.
