Who else is bothered by the fact that Ginsburg's ties to NOW (clearly a partisan, activist group) is being compared to Scalia going fishing with the VP?

I know that Scalia has Republican ties as well as business interests outside of the SC.
He always recluses himself from cases that have an present an appearance of conflict.
As long as RBG dose the same, I'm OK with it.
