Feingold (WI-D) will certainly vote with the rest of the Democrats on this.
He's a phony "maverick". Every time the vote is close he sides with his leftist pals.
Agreed...But he has an election this year.
Feingold's facing some good conservative challengers this year. But Milwaukee and Madison will save him as usual.
