KEEP in mind that both Ketchup boy and Breck girl (both for the ban) will be campaigning on super Tuesday so they will probably miss the vote!
I'm sure they'll find a way to make it back to DC, probalby courtesy of the USAF, in time for the late night, (or early morning most likely) vote.
Only providing they are willing to throw out the baby (lawsuit protection) with the bath water (AWB, Gun show ban, ammo ban, whatever). The House has already passed it's own "clean' version of this bill, so it won't be a matter for committee, other than the conferance committee, which is where Delay has the most sway.
Hell, we already know that!!
