Why not just write in Kofi Annan if you want him to be the world leader?

Pardon me for not finishing my thought.
What is wrong with voting for a decent third party candidate who also sees the betrayal our leaders? Why must we hold our noses when we vote?
I would prefer to vote a traitor out of office than re-elect him.

Faxes are also an effective communicator with DC. Myself, I prefer the phone unless there is numbers that need to be relayed. It's still a poor second to the personal contact and access the bureaucrats in the beltway have to our representatives. They are, IMHO, one of the most powerful and influential constituencies. They will use that access to take care of their own interests, and their interests are not necessarily our interests.

The ability to read, - and to understand what you've just read, -- probably accounts for some of that difference..
And I always 'take care', which could explain even more.

Agreed, -- although from your inability to get the key point of your own link on debate, I doubt you'll 'get' the import of our exchange either..
Those determined to prove the 'conventional wisdom' to be true seldom have either the truth or the wisdom to back up their own agit-prop.

"One of Bartleys signal triumphs has been a general acceptance by many of these elites especially the neoconservatives who have hijacked the Republican Party of the need to sacrifice national sovereignty, supposedly to promote trade. Thus, the Journals news and editorial pages consistently promoted NAFTA, the European Union, the World Trade Organization, the FTAA and many other internationalist schemes."
Would you care to discuss the topic instead of showing us that you had a serious head injury when you were a young child?

I had relatives in San Antonio when I was a child, and they would rant and rave about the illegals. I became alarmed about this when I was very young. Some of us have strong feeling about what the politicos did to our country. For power, private agendas and money, they have stabbed us all in the back.
Most all of them in DC ought to be jailed and tried for treason.
It's a national disgrace, that has turned into a national security time bomb.

Stay home or nothing will change. Don't believe the scare tactics. Are you saying 'don't vote'? How will that help? Somebody will get in regardless. Most ppl who don't vote don't care.

I would prefer to vote a traitor out of office than re-elect him. I voted for Alan Keyes in the primary against George Bush. And I believed what Pat Buchanan was saying, although I didn't vote for him.
I would vote 3rd party if that party was a strong national party, which I think the conservatives will have in a few years, although it may be too late. Voting third party now would assure that the vile Kerry and his toads would be sure to win in 2004.
I hope Tancredo's popularity will continue to rise. I'd love to see him become a leader in the Republican party, or if the Republicans become totally corrupt, become the leader of a strong conservative party.
I agree with you that it is a tough call, as my main problem with Bush is the illegals he has pandered too, but right now I am not looking to elect a Democrat.
I think many conservatives experience this same kind of angst, but Bush is the one I will vote for this year, and pray that conservatives will be elected to Congress and help stabilize his administration.
Each voter has to weigh the consequences of his own vote, nobody can do it for us.

In the primary, please write in Tancredo. I understand that if he gets 15%, there is no way to keep him out of the televised debates.

How weird..
You seem to think that anyone who discusses side issues to the threads main topic has suffered "serious head injuries"?
I'd say that's a pretty goofy position in itself.

Are you saying 'don't vote'? How will that help? You're already asking who you should vote for...how has voting for the lesser of two evils helped?
