I'm sure the Leftists will cry fowl either way. If Osama's on the loose, the Bush shouldn't be President 'cause he can't catch him. And if Osama's in U.S. custody, then Bush shouldn't be President 'cause Osama's no longer at large.

And I'm sure John Kerry and the rest of the Dumbocrats will insist that they'd have found Osama sooner than Bush...
