If the Govt. does not require the Guest workers to show financial responsibility it won't fly and since the employer will benefit from from the cheap labor they should be held to account. .

Yes, but the gov't is well know for leaving many 'loopholes' in their 100 page bills.......how could they require min. wage jobs to also offer insurance ??

That's only *if* we ever have a 'guest worker' program, & how are they going to force min. wage jobs to offer insurance ??

Right now we have illegals working with phony HS diplomas (when citizens are required to have one), & phony papers & SS#'s (since employers aren't document pro's the feds can't charge them).

These illegals won't buy insurance, & most have enough kids to also get food stamps.

Before any 'guest worker' program comes about, gov't needs to deport the millions already 'embedded' within the US.
